Things to Do

There are lots of things to do and see if you come to southern California, especially if you make a week-long vacation out of your trip. There are cities to explore such as Palm Springs, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Diego. But there are a couple of places in particular we think you should see when you visit our home.

Joshua Tree National Park
This 800,000-acre wonderland of rocks and strange plants is our back yard. It is an integral part of our lives here and we think it is worth taking some time to explore, even if only by car. There are miles and miles of trails and many points of interest to visit. It is definitely worth your time. There are visitor's centers in Twentynine Palms, Joshua Tree, and Yucca Valley.

Integratron
This could be the most interesting place you've ever visited. It was built to communicate with extraterrestrial beings and other realms by a hermit who lived under the largest free-standing boulder in the world. Here you can communicate with your inner extraterrestrial self by taking a "sound bath" under the acoustically perfect dome of the Integratron. Visited by mystics and celebrities alike, it is a unique landmark in a place full of superlatives.
